Refund Policy:

        •       Please note that we only offer refunds for parcels that are confirmed as lost in transit.

        •       A parcel is considered lost in transit if it has not arrived at the provided shipping address within 14 working days after the expected delivery date.

        •       In the event of a lost parcel, please contact our customer service team on WhatsApp or message us on our website chat facility with your order details, and we will assist you in initiating the refund process.

        •       Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
