Shipping Policy: our products are prescription free & sent discreetly with utensils and instructions.
• We aim to ship all orders within 3-5 working days from the date of purchase. Bulk orders may take longer!! Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and other unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or public holidays.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the status of your package.
Refund Policy:
• Please note that we only offer refunds for parcels that are confirmed as lost or damaged in transit.
• A parcel is considered lost in transit if it has not arrived at the provided shipping address within 14 working days after the expected delivery date. Damaged parcels returned to an address provided, you’re order will be posted out the following day or a full refund will be issued if requested.
• In the event of a lost parcel, please contact our customer service team on WhatsApp or message us on our website chat facility with your order details, and we will assist you in initiating the refund process.
• Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of purchase. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
